Access Statement

Outside the front of the building there are five car parking spaces. There is one step up to the front door which has an opening of 30”. The Entrance Hall is fairly wide.

On the ground floor there is a guest lounge and dining room, both doorways are 30” wide. There are no ground floor bedrooms available but there are downstairs Ladies and Gents Toilets. There is no Lift in the building.

There are 14 shallow stairs up to the first floor landing and a fire door at the top of the stairs, straight ahead are two bedrooms (Rooms 1 and 2)accessed by one further shallow step into a small corridor. A further 5 stairs up the next level on the first floor opens onto a wide landing with a further five bedrooms (Rooms 3,4,5,6,7)

There are then 9 shallow stairs up to the second floor after going through the fire door there are 3 stairs up to Room 8. A further eight stairs take you on the final three bedrooms (Rooms 9, 10 and 11).
