General Terms & Conditions

• All Rates quoted are per person per night inclusive of full breakfast.
• Single Premium occupancy of a double or twin room incurs a supplement of £15.00 per night
• Babies aged 0 – 2 in own cot using own bedding are free of charge
• Children aged 2-12 years old receive a 50% discount on the above rates when sharing with 2 adults.
• Check in time is from 2.30pm. Please notify if arriving after 7pm. Check out time by 10.30am on day of departure.

Deposits

• A deposit of one night’s rate is to be paid for stays of 1-3 nights.
• £50 per person for stays of more than 3 nights.
• Deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellations

We would advise guests to take out holiday insurance as you may be liable for the full cost of your holiday in the event of any cancellation made less than 14 days before date of arrival, unless we are able to re-book your accommodation. Cancellations made more than 14 days before date of arrival, no charge.
