General Terms & Conditions

• All Rates quoted are per person per night inclusive of full breakfast.
• All bank holidays are charged at high season rates. Christmas / New Year & Jazz Week (23rd to 30th August) are quoted as special packages.
• Single Premium occupancy of a double or twin room incurs a supplement of £12.00 per night
• Babies aged 0 – 2 in own cot using own bedding are free of charge
• Children aged 2-12 years old receive a 50% discount on the above rates when sharing with 2 adults.
• Check in time is from 2.30pm. Check out time by 10.30am on day of departure.

Deposits

• A non refundable deposit of One Nights Charge is to be paid for stays of 1-3 nights.
• £50 per person for stays of more than 3 nights.
• Deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellations

We would advise guests to take out holiday insurance as you will be liable for the full cost of your holiday in the event of any cancellation made less than 4 weeks beforehand, unless we are able to re-book your accommodation.
